Below you can find some questions Lighting Brilliance clients often ask us. We hope we have made this as simple a process as possible, but if you require any further assistance in ordering any of our lighting products, please email us.
You may place an order via email info@lightingbrilliance.com or by simply filling out the Contact Us page. Please include the name and/or the style number of the fixture, the finish, quantities and any other information you may require from us.
The design details can be emailed or sent to us in the mail, for a quotation. We will then liaise with you and address all important points of the project to insure that we have interpreted your design correctly.
Subtle details will always mirror those significant elements in a home or business that you would wish to carry out in your design theme. If you are in need of assistance in selecting a design that would be visually appealing for your project, you can always send us a copy of your plans or photo of your home via email and we will be more than happy to advise you on the perfect fixture design for your application.
Consists of three layers of foam, cardboard box and an outer wooden frame specially constructed for exporting.
All orders are shipped directly from our factory in China. Shipments can be sent via Courier or via sea freight.
Our lighting is made to order and require 2-4 weeks for manufacture excluding shipping. If it’s urgent we will try our utmost to accommodate. Replacement parts usually ship 2 – 5 days days after you place your order.
Each fixture we fabricate is warranted for three year, from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any defects including breakage or malfunctions due to the mishandling of the fixture or using the fixture in a way other than specified by Lighting Brilliance.
We work with homeowners, architects, designers, builders, lighting specifiers.
All fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician, with knowledge of lighting fixture installations.
Our light fixtures are packed partially disassembled in order to ensure safe shipping.
Chandeliers: Some of our chandeliers are shipped assembled with the hanging crystal ready to be placed onto the chandelier after installation. The crystal-armed chandeliers are shipped with the arms separate from the stem of the fixture. These chandeliers should be assembled at installation, with the stem being placed onto the chain and canopy before inserting the arms. After the chandelier is assembled and electrical connections are verified, the trimmings can be placed on the fixture. We strongly advise that you do not assemble the chandelier prior to hanging the stem!
